| MEET SCHEDULE |
|
Field events begin at 10:00 / Track events at 11:00 |
| |
|
|
| WAIVER |
|
All competitors must have a signed release waiver to be eligible to particpate. Competitors under 18-years old must have a parent/gaurdian sign the waiver. Download the waiver form, complete it and submit it during athelte registration. |

|
|
| REGISTRATION |
|
Athlete registration begins at 8:30am and continues until the end of the meet. Athletes may check-in throughout the day prior to their scheduled event and pick-up their meet packet at the Concession Stand (street side). |
| |
|
|
| PARKING |
|
Enter Campus Gate 2 and park at either the upper or lower parking lots. |
| |
|
|
| ADMISSION TO STADIUM |
|
Admission is FREE for all spectators. |
| |
|
|
| UNIFORMS |
|
Athletes must supply their own uniforms, either school issue or their personal gear. High school uniform rules will NOT be in effect for this competition. |
| |
|
|
| IMPLEMENT INSPECTION |
|
All implements must be inspected at the Track Storage shed at the northwest corner of the stadium ---NO LATER THAN on hour before the schedule start of the event. Implements will be impounded until they are certified and delivered by the meet official to the event site. |

|
|
| JAVELINS |
|
Only rubber-tip javelins will be allow in competition. |
| |
|
|
| POLE VAULT WEIGH-IN |
|
There will be NO WEIGH-IN for pole vaulters. |
| |
|
|
| ATHLETIC TRAINERS |
|
Athletic Trainers will be present at the Medical shed located in the middle of the infield. Water and ice will also be available at this location. |
| |
|
|
| AWARDS |
|
Awards are given to the top three places in each event. Please report to the Awards Tent by the awards stand immediately after the conclusion of your event. In addition, the most outstanding performer in the track events and the field events, both for boys and girls, will be given special awards at the end of the meet. |

|
| LODGING |
|
There are lodging options at the Kruse Way exit (#295) on I-5 south of Portland. All are located a few miles from Lewis & Clark College. |
