SCHEDULE |
Field events begin at 12:00pm; Track events at 2:30pm (See Meet Schedule) |
WAIVER |
All competitors must have a release waiver signed to be eligible to participate. Competitors under 18-years old must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver. Download the waiver form, complete it and hand it in during athlete registration. |
REGISTRATION |
Athlete registration is 10:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday at the Athlete Entry Gate of the stadium. All athletes must pick up their Meet t-shirt, competitor number and a wristband for access to the competition area. |
ENTRY GATE |
Athletes are to enter the stadium at the Athlete Entry Gate at the southeast corner of the stadium by the flagole. |
PARKING |
Enter the North Gate of campus and park at the stadium. Additional parking is located below the stadium along the North Road. |
UNIFORMS |
Athetes must supply their own uniforms, either school issue or their own individual gear. High school uniform rules will NOT be in effect. |
JAVELINS |
Only rubber-tipped javelins are allowed. Please supply your own javelin as there will be a limited number provided by Lewis & Clark. |
IMPLEMENT INSPECTION |
All implements must be inspected in the Track Shed at the northwest corner of the stadium near the start of the 100m NOT LATER THAN one hour before the scheduled start of the event. Implements will be impounded until they are brought by the officials to the event site. |
POLE VAULT
WEIGH-IN
|
There will be NO WEIGH-IN for pole vaulters. |
ATHLETIC TRAINERS |
Athletic trainers will be present at the Medical Shed located in the middle of the infield. Water and ice will also be available at that location. |
AWARDS |
Awards are given to the top three places in each event. Please reports to the Awards Tent immediately after your event. In addition, the most outstanding performer in the track events and the field events, both for boys and for girls, will be given special awards at the end of the meet. |
LODGING |
There are lodging options at the Kruse Way exit (#295) on I-5 south of Portland. (See Lodging) The Crowne Plaza, Fairfield Inn, Hilton Gardens and the Phoenix Inn are all located there within a few miles of Lewis & Clark College. |
