Great Performances Highlight BD Meet

Full results are linked above for the first annual BorderDuel Track Classic at Lewis & Clark College. Over 350 athletes competed and many posted outstanding marks.

Most Outstanding Performer honors went to:
Boys Field Events - Spencer Patterson (OR) winner of the high jump with a mark of 7-00
Boys Track Events - Eric Capelle (OR) winner of the 110m hurdles in a time of 14.56 and runner-up in the 200m at 22.28
Girls Field Events - Trinna Miranda (OR) winner in the long jump with a leap of 18-00
Girls Track Events - Germe Poston (WA) a double winner in the 100m and 200m dashes

Over 100,000 hits at www.flotrack.org were registered during the BorderDuel Track Classic, including the Todd Beamer (WA) jumps coach watching his jumper win the long jump with a PR, then immediately calling him on his cell phone to congratulate him.
